Guns

This short piece was created on the 6th December 2017 in tribute to the late Jo Dekmine, artistic director of the Théâtre 140 in Brussels, whose lavish energy and generosity it is drawn from and driven by.

Initially interpreted by the Clash, the song The Guns of Brixton alludes to the violent confrontations that took place between the police and the immigrant population in the London borough back in 1981.
